It seems like the society of Sri Lanka is highlighting the widespread addiction to smartphones among both the youth and the elderly. Addressing smartphone addiction requires awareness, moderation, and healthy digital habits. Encouraging balanced use, setting boundaries, and promoting alternative activities that don't involve screens can help individuals of all ages manage their smartphone usage more effectively.
